Corporate Concepts, Intereum, and Interior Investments have officially merged to form Continua Interiors. This integration brings together the strength and expertise of these leading firms under a unified brand while continuing to operate as distinct legal entities, each remaining a standalone limited liability company under the broader Continua Interiors brand.

 

Continua Interiors is comprised of a group of affiliated, independently operating companies, each organized by state.

  • Continua Interiors of Missouri, LLC
  • Continua Interiors of Wisconsin, LLC

 

Do Corporate Concepts, Interior Investments, LLC and Intereum still exist? 

a. Yes, Corporate Concepts, Interior Investments and Intereum all exist and continue to operate with the same team, leadership, and commitment to service as before.  We have legally changed our names to Continua Interiors and now operate under the following names: 

  • Corporate Concepts → Continua Interiors of Illinois, LLC
  • Interior Investments LLC → Continua Interiors of Illinois, LLC
  • Interior Investments of St. Louis LLC → Continua Interiors of Missouri, LLC
  • Interior Investments of Madison → Continua Interiors of Wisconsin, LLC
  • Interior Investments of Milwaukee → Continua Interiors of Wisconsin, LLC
  • Intereum Holding LLC → Continua Interiors of Minnesota, LLC

b. This is not a "doing business as" (DBA) name—it is a legal name change that reflects our integration into the Continua Interiors group of companies.

 

We previously had accounts for Interior Investments, LLC and Corporate Concepts. Should these now be combined under one account?

a. Yes. Corporate Concepts and Interior Investments have legally merged and now operate as Continua Interiors of Illinois, LLC within a single unified system.

b. To ensure accuracy and consistency across transactions, all client, vendor, and partner accounts should be consolidated under Continua Interiors of Illinois, LLC going forward.

 

Who is PARIC Holdings, Inc.?

PARIC Holdings, Inc. is our parent company and sole owner.

 

Why is PARIC Holdings on your W-9?

a. Each entity within the Continua Interiors group is a single-member LLC wholly owned by PARIC Holdings, Inc.

b. For federal income tax purposes, single-member LLCs are treated as disregarded entities, meaning they are not taxed separately from their owner. As a result, tax documents such as IRS Form 1099 should be issued to PARIC Holdings, Inc., as reflected on our W-9.

 

We’re ready to issue payment—how should we address checks? Which entity handles invoicing and payments?

a. Each regional market within Continua Interiors operates independently under its respective legal entity.

b. For example, the Illinois market conducts its day-to-day operations—including issuing invoices and receiving payments—under Continua Interiors of Illinois, LLC. Similarly, other markets (e.g., Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin) operate under their corresponding LLC names.

c. Please ensure that all checks, remittances, and payment references are addressed to the appropriate Continua Interiors entity as listed on the invoice.
