1Pru Marketing Suites

The newly refreshed Pru1 Marketing Suites showcase the future of workplace design within one of Chicago’s most iconic towers. This project encompassed two distinct spaces across different floors of the building. Inside both, Continua Interiors provided furniture with a range of uses and moods, tying together the site’s multi-functionality with sophisticated hues and comfortable materials. 

First, our team activated a 6,600 square foot space showcasing a variety of materials and workplace settings for prospective tenants. This highly-curated environment called for a welcoming aesthetic, with rich tones and inviting furniture pieces that help future tenants feel at home from the moment they step inside. 

Second, the much vaster 50,000 square foot spec suite was designed to encourage workflow and focus for larger tenants. We selected refined and flexible pieces that allow the space to adapt to a range of workstyles with ease. Furniture on this floor presents a variety of scales, functions and orientations, embodying the quintessential workflow of a modern office. 

From workstations to private offices, the conference room to the work cafe, Continua Interiors thoughtfully curated furniture from manufacturers like Enwork, Muuto, BluDot, and more. The end result is a multi-faceted workspace that caters to current and future tenants alike. With its atmosphere of warmth and elegance, the updated Pru1 marketing suites are the perfect home for forward-thinking office tenants.
