The New York office location of our Confidential Global Client spans 50,000 square feet over two floors. Located in the heart of the city, our client wanted to bring the charm of NYC inside the doors of their office. Their goal was to enhance and modernize their existing space to maximize it for both employees and clients. Working alongside HED Chicago, Continua Interiors provided all furniture for this project.

Prior to building out a new layout and furnishings our team visited on-site to complete full-site surveys as previous floor plans were outdated. A full understanding of the space allowed our teams to build out intentional client-facing spaces, private workstations, and collaboration zones throughout the office. Furnishings from Enwork completed the technology-forward conference rooms built for hybrid meetings across the client’s global network. Sit-to-stand workstations from Knoll were selected for the open office to provide flexibility and privacy in collaborative areas. In private offices around the perimeter, finishes from Herman Miller complete the personal spaces for focused work or small meetings.

Alongside the work zones are beautifully crafted amenity spaces including the café and 11,000 square foot terrace overlooking the city. These spaces provide opportunities for hospitality and connection for employees and visiting clients. The outdoor terrace creates a lush refresh zone within the bustling city high rise that supports flexible work and balance. Amenity spaces feature pieces from Encore, Stylex, Martin Brattrud, and other select manufacturers. Together with the modernized office interior, these spaces give the client a new vibrant, versatile home base that truly supports its team.
