Global Consulting Firm

Following the merging of two local offices, this global consulting firm now occupies 95,000 square feet inside a newly constructed skyscraper designed to meet rigorous sustainability standards. Continua Interiors and OTJ worked closely with the client to develop a look for their new office that embodies both their brand identity and employee lifestyle. 

Our team provided furniture for the entire workplace, which spans three floors. From the grand entrance lobby to individual offices, the pieces reflect the natural hues, earthy textures and organic forms of the interior architecture, further speaking to the passive house sustainability of the entire structure. 

Selecting furniture from Neinkamper, Muuto, OFS, Knoll and many others, Continua Interiors populated each area of the workplace with comfortable and elegant options for employees to engage with the space throughout their day. Among the most memorable spaces is the "speakeasy" - a lounge with jewel-toned walls and sumptuous seating, offering a sophisticated backdrop for employees to gather and connect.

From cafe to conference rooms and beyond, sophisticated furniture selections tie together the firm’s expansive new office, simultaneously offering comfort, functionality and playfulness throughout a variety of workspaces within this environmentally-focused tower. 

Distinct color palettes define each work neighborhood, while acoustical ceiling elements support wayfinding and spatial clarity. Integrated accessibility solutions became a model for the client’s firmwide Universal Design standards. The project earned LEED v4 Commercial Interiors Platinum with 82 points, ranking as Massachusetts’ highest-scoring LEED Platinum Commercial Interiors project, second in the U.S., and seventh worldwide - alongside a two-star Fitwel certification.
