Youth Services is devoted to the mental health, character development and physical well-being of children and families in the Glenview, Northbrook and surrounding north shore communities. After constructing a beautiful new home office for Youth Services Glenview, OKW Architects called on Continua Interiors to curate furniture to fit the light and welcoming atmosphere inside. The result was a range of cost-effective furniture solutions, engineered to stay within budget while adding the final touches needed to welcome guests through the doors.
The Continua team selected pieces for the building’s bright and airy office, as well as its meeting and conference rooms. This involved choosing uniquely tailored furniture from providers like MillerKnoll, Enwork, Byrne and more, which were then placed in the space by Continua Interior’s in-house installation team.
All furniture selections echo the friendly openness of the building’s interiors, such as the workstations featuring Herman Miller fabric panels in calming “whisper willow” green. Additionally, the Continua team selected Enwork Foundation desks, 9to5 task chairs, and Great Openings storage cabinets to round out the space with simple yet attractive pieces that place emphasis on ease of functionality.
