When the exciting announcement came that they would be relocating to a state-of-the-art, 55-story tower, they once again chose to partner with us to elevate their workplace environment and redefine their office design for the future.

Designing a comprehensive furniture solution for a newly constructed space of this magnitude – spanning nearly 20 stories and a remarkable 536,000 square feet – presents an intricate challenge. Add to that the complexity of coordinating installation during the unprecedented disruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic, and this project required not only skill but adaptability. Nevertheless, our team met these challenges with confidence, agility, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.

From the outset, the project had no pre-existing floor plans or set design constraints, giving us the unique opportunity to craft a solution from the ground up. Collaborating closely with our client and Interior Architects, we developed customized design look books and detailed mockups to offer them a clear and tangible vision of their future space.

Spanning nearly 2,000 workstations, 140 trader workstations, 440 private offices, and two expansive conferencing floors, our team ensured that every detail of this vast and dynamic environment embodied the client’s goals for functionality, prestige, and comfort. With carefully selected pieces from renowned brands such as KnollStudio, Holly Hunt, Bernhardt and more, we curated a cohesive yet flexible design that seamlessly integrated with the client’s corporate identity, while fostering an innovative workplace culture.
