This move consolidated all of BDO’s New York City teams—comprising over 765 employees—under one roof in the heart of Manhattan, creating a unified and dynamic workplace.

Partnering with the esteemed design firm Gensler, Continua delivered a space that seamlessly blends timeless design elements with modern touches to meet the diverse needs of BDO employees and clients. The office aesthetic strikes a balance between sophistication and functionality, incorporating clean lines, a neutral color palette, and high-quality finishes that convey professionalism and refinement.

Strategic use of glass fosters transparency and connection while maximizing natural light, creating an open and airy atmosphere. Collaborative zones and breakout areas feature thoughtfully selected furniture that blends style and comfort, with subtle pops of color and texture adding warmth and energy to the overall design. Biophilic elements, including greenery and natural textures, contribute to a sense of balance and well-being.
